ABSTRACT INFORMATION

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Oral Presentations will be limited to 7 minutes with 1.5 minutes for Q & A.

 

Oral Presenters will not be allowed to use their own computers during their presentations.

 

All presentations must be uploaded onto a dedicated computer in the Columbus meeting room located on the lobby level near the guest elevators. This speaker ready room will be open from 8am-6pm on Saturday, July 17 and on Sunday, July 18 7am-2pm.

 

All presenters should disclose any conflicts of interest that they may have. It is recommended that each presenter use the following slide (PowerPoint) or verbally disclose their information during their presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Posters will be displayed in the Chicago 8 Ballroom on Level 4 from 6:30a-6pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Entrance to this room will be through the Exhibit Area.

 

All poster presenters will be required to display their posters on their assigned day starting at 6:30am. We ask that all presenters remove their poster at the end of the meeting so the boards will be available to other presenters the following morning.

 

If possible, each poster presenter should stand next to their poster(s) during the AM coffee breaks for Q&A:

Monday, 10:30AM-11:00AM

Tuesday, 10:15AM-10:45AM

Wednesday, 10:00AM-10:45AM

Poster board size is: 4' tall x 8' wide (or 1.2mx2.4m)
