Sunday, July 18
9:00am - 4:00pm      Exhibit Hall available for set-up           Chicago Ballroom VI & VII
6:00 - 8:00pm           Welcome Reception

 

Please note: 
The Exhibit Area is where the Welcome Reception and all the breakfasts, am/pm breaks and lunches will be served.  This area will also be equipped to broadcast the General Sessions.  Attendees will be free to view the program in the General Session Rooms or in the Exhibit Area.

 

We recommend the following times however, encourage your participation in the Exhibit area as much as you would like throughout the program.

 

Monday, July 19,  Tuesday, July 20 and Wednesday, July 21

6:30 - 7:45am              Breakfast

10:00 - 10:30am          Morning Coffee Break

12:45 -  2:00pm           Lunch

3:30 -  4:00pm             Afternoon Coffee Break       

 

All Exhibitors are asked to breakdown on Wednesday, July 21st
 after the afternoon coffee break.

This year's Gala Dinner will be on Tuesday, July 20th
onboard the Odyssey Dinner Cruise.
